How to get started using Clever Accounts

Once you have signed up to use Clever Accounts, you are just few steps away from fully setting up the accounts.

To briefly summarise the steps...

  • Update your business details under Account Settings.
  • Enter any payment terms etc and set up your sales invoice template.
  • Update your finanical year start and end dates.
  • Create your bank accounts and enter any opening balances.
  • Set up your customer and supplier accounts plus any o/s invoices
  • Finally, enter any opening account balances from another accounting package.
  • Job's done!!
