Online Bookkeeping Software

This software is everything you need to run your business and includes many advanced accountancy features. These are provided to cater for any size of business, and also to let your own accountant (should you already have one) get the most from the system. If you don't have your own accountant, you have two choices.

Firstly, you can use our software in conjunction with your own local accountancy firm. There are no additional charges to your accountant for using our service, so they should be more than happy to accept your data in electronic format and use the system. Because we deal with some of the largest accountancy firms in the UK, we are confident there should be no issues here. If you prefer to deal with your accountant in person this is the best option for you.

Secondly. Choose one of our accountancy packages, with your own dedicated accountant. You will get the software for free, and the appropriate level of accountancy support included. By managing your accounts with us, you should at least half your accountancy costs. If you don't mind dealing with your accountant over the phone/email then this is the most cost effective option for you.

Accountancy

We provide accountancy support for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies. We will do your year end accounts and offer you support during the year. Our service is based on you using our online bookkeeping software so we can keep our costs as low as possible and significantly lower than your typical local accountancy practice. Depending on your business type we off the following additional services:

Limited Company Setup

If you have not setup your business yet, we will do this for you.

VAT Returns and Registrations

If your organisations sales are typically over £64,000 per annum or you wish to apply for voluntary registration will will manage your quarterly VAT returns and additional VAT work when we prepare your accounts.

Registered Office

If you would prefer to use a different address to your own then we will use ours. We will also handle any correspondence to us from companies house.

Company Secretary

By law, every limited company must have a company secretary. We will handle this duty for you as well as your annual return.

Invoices and Receipt Management

Having to enter your receipts and invoices into any system is time consuming. If you want to avoid this task, simply post us all your transactions and we will enter them onto the system for you.

Document Storage

We provide storage at a secure location for all your documents. This option works well when you are sending us your invoices and receipts as we will store them for you once entered into the system. Also, we act in the same manner if you require us to be your registered office or company secretary.

Payroll

Save yourself the need and cost of running a payroll department or person. Simply supply us your employee data and we will handle the PAYE, delivery of payslips and your end of year returns.

Self Assessment Tax Returns

We will make sure your return is done right and on time for as many people you need. These documents are become ever more complicated and time consuming. We will manage these for you and leave you to focus on running your business.

Accountancy Firms

Accountants, if you would like to automate more of your workload and add value to your services, why not consider offering our software to your clients.
