All our monthly packages include

  • Year-End Accounts

    Once the year end has passed, we'll automatically email you and let you know what you need to do and what we need. Once all the information is collected we'll get the accounts completed and sent to you.

  • Tax Returns

    If you run a limited company, we'll calculate and complete the corporation tax return. If a personal tax return is required, we'll also complete this, including any other income that is required.

  • Advice & Support

    Whenever you have a question you are free to email, phone or skype us and we'll answer your query as soon as possible. We'll also provide proactive advice where we think it's beneficial to you.

  • Online System

    Manage your finances using our free online accounts system that will help calculate VAT returns and provide monthly accounts. Regular access by your accountant will help keep you on track.

You pay in advance on a monthly basis by direct debit.

Limited Company Formation

If you are a new business or want to transfer to a limited company structure, we can help form your new company quickly and effortlessly.

Additional Payroll

If you employee staff we can manage your PAYE duties, calculate employee's and employers National Insurance and then process and send the payslips to you.

We charge a fixed monthly fee plus a small charge for each payslip you require per month.

DON'T FORGET that up to two directors benefit from free payroll processing as part of the limited company package so you only pay for additional staff.

Bookkeeping

We understand that you may not have enough time for completing your own bookkeeping regularly. In fact you may not understand it at all and feel outsourcing this vital function is the most sensible option.

Whatever the reason, we can provide you with the service in order to complete your VAT return or prepare the financial accounts.

We'll work with you to understand your needs and provide the necessary back office requirement.

Unfortunately as bookkeeping requirements are never the same amongst businesses we will quote you a price based upon your needs.
